Regina Daniels 'Checks out Mentally' from Marriage but Still Wants Six Children

Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has said she no longer wishes to marry again following the breakdown of her marriage to Senator Ned Nwoko, but intends to have more children.

Speaking during a recent livestream with TikToker Jarvis, the 24-year-old, who has two sons, said she had "checked my mind out from getting married" but remained determined to expand her family.

"I want to have six children and I have two already, two boys. It so cr@zy but for some reason I have checked my mind out from getting married. But I am going to have a girl and I must have a girl," she said.

Daniels suggested daughters were more likely to care for ageing parents than sons. "Men will grow, get married and focus more on building family. But for women she will always remember home," she added.

The comments come amid ongoing speculation about her separation from Nwoko, the senator representing Delta North.

Pilgrims Allege Poor Feeding, Accommodation in Saudi Arabia

Separately, Nigerian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia have complained of spoilt food, delayed meals and inadequate accommodation during the recent Hajj.

"They brought food last night that had spoilt. It was smelling. Many people rejected it," one pilgrim alleged.

Pilgrims said they were forced to buy meals despite paying for three daily.

"Pilgrims are now constrained to buying food in the sacred area because what they are serving is not acceptable. We paid for three meals daily at the sacred sites," another said.

Others reported a lack of cold water and sleeping without food.

"Last night, pilgrims were left without food. Many slept hungry," a pilgrim claimed.

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has not yet responded to the allegations.
