Gospel singer Steve Crown and his wife Ruth Thomas have welcomed their first child, the artiste announced on Saturday.
In an Instagram post, the You Are Great singer shared a video of the couple dressed in white, with Ruth visibly pregnant.
He described the birth as a blessing that could only be celebrated, not explained.
"Some blessings cannot be explained, they can only be celebrated. Thank You, Jesus, for all You have done. Thank You Jesus for the gift of our baby," he wrote.
Steve Crown also prayed for couples still waiting for children.
"A new chapter, a new blessing, a new reason to thank God every day. May God bless everyone that desires this beautiful testimony. Amen," he added.

The couple married on 26 April 2025 in a church ceremony attended by family, friends and members of Nigeria’s gospel music community.
Ruth, an interior decorator and event planner, exchanged vows with the singer weeks after they announced their engagement on social media.
At the time, Steve Crown described their union as "ordained by God."
The latest announcement drew congratulatory messages from fans, fellow gospel artistes and well-wishers, many of whom flooded the comment section to celebrate with the couple.
