Nigerian energy firm ND Western has launched recruitment for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, offering roles for newly qualified engineers and geoscientists.
The company, which describes itself as “Powering Nations,” is seeking candidates for four positions such as Facilities Engineers, Reservoir Engineers, Production Engineers, and Geoscientists.
Applicants must be Nigerian nationals with a minimum of a Second Class Upper degree in Engineering, Geology or Geophysics.
Also, they should have five O’Level credits obtained in one sitting.
The programme is aimed at recent graduates, with a requirement of no more than three years’ post-graduation experience, including National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) service.

It advised that candidates must be under 26 years old, and those holding a Master’s degree must have completed it by 2025.
ND Western said it is looking for self-motivated individuals with strong leadership, teamwork and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication abilities.
