NCDMB to Host Fourth Book Reading with Leadership Expert Dakuku Peterside

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has announced plans to stage the fourth edition of its Quarterly Book Reading Programme, featuring renowned leadership scholar and former Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Dakuku Peterside.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, 15 April 2026, at the Nigerian Content Tower in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

Launched in 2014, the initiative is designed to foster literacy, critical thinking and knowledge exchange by engaging leading Nigerian authors and thought leaders.

Over the years, it has become a platform for intellectual dialogue on diverse themes, reinforcing NCDMB’s commitment to human capital development beyond the oil and gas sector.

This edition will spotlight Peterside’s acclaimed book "Leading in a Storm," which examines practical approaches to leadership during periods of uncertainty, crisis and institutional change.

Attendees will take part in a reading session, interactive Q&A and book signing, offering direct engagement with the author.

Peterside, widely recognised for his work in crisis leadership and organisational reform, brings more than two decades of experience across public and private institutions.
