The Nigeria Police Academy in Wudil, Kano State has recognised outstanding cadets from Regular Course 7.
According to a press release obtained by RoundReports on Saturday, Commandant AIG Patrick Atayero presented Certificates of Commendation to officers who distinguished themselves during training.
Those honoured include the cadets known as General Number One and General Number Two, all squad leaders, the Cadet Band Master, and officers responsible for organising parade activities.
Atayero stated that the awards indicated their leadership, discipline and consistency throughout their course.
Addressing the recipients, the AIG praised their commitment to duty and urged them to uphold the Academy’s values as they proceed into operational roles across the Force.
He reminded them that the demands of policing would require even greater discipline, professionalism and resilience.
The Commandant assured the cadets that the Academy’s management remained available to support their career progression, echoing confidence that they would make meaningful contributions to national security and community safety.
