Adeniyi Adeyemi, who claims to be the Director General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), has been arrested by police after failing to appear for his arraignment at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday.
Justice Mohammed Umar issued a warrant following Adeyemi's absence from court and officers subsequently moved to effect his arrest.
He was due to face an eight-count charge of forgery, fraud and impersonation filed by the police.
