The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFiB) has postponed the opening of its portal for shortlisted applicants to undergo physical screening and document verification.
The portal, originally scheduled to go live on 1 December, will now open at a later date, the Board said in a public announcement issued on Monday. No new date has been provided.
Shortlisted candidates have been advised to monitor the official recruitment portal, recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, for updates.
Maj Gen AM Jibril (rtd), Secretary to the Board, who signed the statement, said the CDCFiB regretted the inconvenience caused and appreciated the interest shown by applicants in the ongoing recruitment process.
Further updates, the Board added, will be communicated through its website and official social media channels.
