The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has restored 22 state constituencies in Benue, Delta, Jigawa and Kogi after court rulings ordered the reversal of earlier suppressions.
In a statement signed by National Commissioner Mohammed Kudu Haruna on Wednesday, INEC said the decision was made under powers granted by the 1999 Constitution and the Electoral Act 2026.
The constituencies were previously struck off but have now been returned to the electoral map.

Delta has six restored, including Aniocha North II, Ika North East II, Sapele II, Ethiope West II, Warri South West II and Warri North II.
