The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has launched direct online payments for a range of business name filings through its Intelligent Company Registration Portal (iCRP) via ReVOps.
In a public notice issued on Wednesday, the commission said customers can now pay for 10 services without leaving the portal, including annual returns, changes to principal place of business, cessation of business, change of name and objects, and updates to proprietor or partner details.
The new system also covers requests for certified true copies, certified extracts, status reports and letters of good standing for business names.
It clarified that the move was part of ongoing efforts to make its processes more efficient and customer-friendly.
The commission thanked users for their continued trust and reiterated its commitment to improving service delivery.
