Gov Diri Inaugurates Best Western Plus Hotels in Yenagoa

Governor Douye Diri on Wednesday inaugurated the Best Western Plus Hotels and Resort in Yenagoa, praising the project as a major milestone completed during his tenure.

Addressing guests at the ceremony, Diri commended Architect Harcourt Adukeh, a Bayelsa son and the hotel’s owner, for investing in the state.

He urged local leaders, elders, and entrepreneurs to follow suit and contribute to the state’s economic development.

Describing the facility as a "world-class, one-stop tourist centre," the governor said such investments would strengthen Bayelsa’s hospitality and tourism sector.
