The program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to various support functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and Information Technology. You will contribute to impactful projects, participate in training sessions and workshops, and develop valuable skills and expertise.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Hold a Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology
- Have graduated between 2022 and 2024 with a minimum of Second-Class Lower or HND Upper Credit
- Be ready to complete NYSC by October 2025
- Be no older than 28 years as of October 31, 2025
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills and critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities
