Online Calls Grow over Missing Activist after Army-Related Posts

Social media users are asking for information about a Nigerian activist, Justice Crack, who was reportedly last seen near a shopping complex in Asokoro, Abuja after dropping off family members.

Justice Crack had recently posted videos online questioning an official account of a corps member’s death and discussing soldiers’ rations.

Supporters, including Omoyele Sowore, said on social media that the activist’s vehicle was seen at Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) premises.

Posts circulating online allege he was taken in by a senior officer, though this has not been confirmed.

As of Friday, 1 May 2026, the Nigerian Army had not issued a public statement on the matter.

A social media user identified as Mama Pee shared posts stating that Justice Crack's relatives were distressed and appealing for help.

RoundReports has not independently verified the claims made in those posts regarding the activist’s location or treatment.
