The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested three people living with disabilities in separate operations across Anambra and Kwara states, the agency said on Sunday.
According to a statement from NDLEA spokesman Femi Babafemi, officers acting on intelligence tracked 60-year-old Romanus Nwabara to Akpaka Forest in Onitsha, Anambra, where he was found with 250 grams of skunk packaged in retail sachets.
In a separate raid in Ogbunike, Anambra, operatives arrested 25-year-old Amos Kenneth, also living with a disability, with 160.3 grams of tramadol, 80 diazepam pills, 38.23 grams of exol-5 and 176.93 grams of skunk.
In Kwara, officers on patrol along Bode Saadu stopped a commercial vehicle and found 6.3kg of skunk concealed in a brown school bag belonging to passenger Usman Salisu, who is living with a disability.
The agency’s largest seizure was in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, where its Special Operations Unit raided a mansion allegedly used as a drug stash house.
Officers recovered 4,000 parcels of "Loud," a potent imported cannabis strain weighing 2,326kg and valued at more than N5.8bn.

Two Mercedes-Benz buses and packaging materials believed to be used for retail distribution were also seized.
Elsewhere, 38-year-old Emmanuel Osita Okeke was arrested in Nyanya-Karu, Nasarawa, with 129kg of skunk.
On the Okene-Lokoja highway in Kogi, officers stopped a bus heading to Abuja and recovered 76 jumbo bags of skunk weighing 766kg.
Three men, namely Mathew Omohove, Ebuka Desmond and Babangida Musa were detained.
In Ijora Badia, Lagos, operatives raided a makeshift "skuchies" production site and arrested Bose Jamiu and Gbenga Gege.
Jamiu and Gege were allegedly processing cannabis mixed with other substances.
At the site, officers recovered 270 litres of the concoction and 106 grams of tramadol.
Alongside enforcement, the NDLEA said its War Against Drug Abuse campaign continued across schools, communities and workplaces in Nasarawa, Ekiti, Enugu, Abia, Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Kano and Oyo.
Chairman Mohamed Buba Marwa praised the officers for cutting supply lines while maintaining public awareness efforts, and urged staff nationwide to keep up the momentum.
