The management of Prime Care Hospitals has denied viral reports online that popular content creator Mukoro Mitchelle, widely known as King Mitchy, died at its Abuja facility.
In a disclaimer published on the hospital’s official Instagram page on Saturday, Prime Care said the reports were false, insisting that King Mitchy was never admitted to the hospital and did not die there.
“The management of Prime Care Hospitals wishes to inform the public that the announcement of the alleged death of Miss Mukoro Mitchelle, popularly known as King Mitchy, at our facility in Abuja is false.
“King Mitchy was never a patient in our hospital and did not pass away here,” the statement read.
The hospital added that it was taking steps to address what it described as misinformation, including engaging relevant authorities and considering legal action against those responsible for spreading the claims.

Therefore, it urged members of the public to verify information through its official channels before sharing it.
The clarification follows earlier posts attributed to King Mitchy’s management, which claimed she had been rushed to a hospital in Abuja after allegedly ingesting a harmful substance during a live session on TikTok.
Those posts asserted that medical efforts were unsuccessful and named a “Prime Hospital Abuja” as the facility involved.
The conflicting accounts triggered confusion among fans and followers across social media platforms.
As of the time of filing this report, King Mitchy’s status had not been independently confirmed by family members or relevant authorities.
