The Bayelsa State Government has announced the timetable for the screening and evaluation of applicants of Bayelsa origin for the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services recruitment.
According to an official notice, the exercise will run from Monday, 22 December to Friday, 25 December 2025, with activities commencing at 8.00am daily.
The announcement was signed by Felix Ebikabowei Asingbi, Permanent Secretary, General Services Bureau, Office of the Secretary to the State Government.
Applicants have been directed to visit the official recruitment portal between Monday, 15 December and Friday, 19 December 2025 to confirm whether they have been shortlisted.
During this period, the notice added, candidates are also expected to select their preferred screening venue and date.
The notice read:
"SPECIAL GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
"This is to inform all applicants of Bayelsa State origin for the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services recruitments that the recruitment screening and evaluation exercise is scheduled to take place from Monday 22nd - Friday 25th December, 2025 at 8:00am daily.
"Consequently, all applicants are advised to visit the Board's official recruitment portal address https://recruitmentcdcfib.gov.ng from Monday 15th to Friday 19th December
2025 to check for the shortlisted list and also select their preferred screening venue and date.
