Singer Kraziecent Sues Odumodublvck Over Alleged Assault

Nigerian singer Levi Ogbogiri, popularly known as Kraziecent, has filed a lawsuit against fellow artiste Odumodublvck, accusing him of assault and battery during a public event on December 16, 2024.

In the suit, Kraziecent alleged that the rapper violently attacked him without provocation while he was "peacefully taking videos and pictures" at the event.

He claimed that Odumodublvck not only physically assaulted him but also destroyed his iPhone 15 Pro Max, causing both emotional distress and reputational harm.

The claimant is seeking compensation for alleged public humiliation, damage to property, and injury to his personal image.

When the matter came up before Justice Adeyemi Ajayi, Kraziecent’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had yet to file any response despite being duly served.

"The hearing may not commence because Sheriff Bello, the defendant’s counsel, has not responded. We, however, pray the court for a date," Ojembe said.

Representing Odumodublvck, counsel Sheriff Bello also requested an adjournment, stating the need for additional time to adequately prepare his defence.

Justice Ajayi subsequently adjourned the case to 26 November for hearing.
