One Million Bibles to Be Distributed Nationwide in Honour of Seyi Tinubu

A campaign to distribute one million copies of the Holy Bible across Nigeria has been launched in honour of Barrister Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Seyi Tinubu Nationwide Bible Distribution
The initiative was unveiled on Sunday during a thanksgiving service at the National Christian Centre, Abuja, organised by friends of Seyi Tinubu and coordinated by Hon Belusochukwu Enwere, National Chairman of the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN).

Organisers said the Bibles would be disseminated through churches, schools and community groups, with the aim of promoting moral renewal, ethical leadership and civic responsibility among young Nigerians.

Hon Enwere emphasised that the project was conceived to inspire societal transformation rather than mark a personal celebration.

"The one million Bible project is a gift to the body of Christ and a seed for moral transformation. Through this effort, we hope to restore integrity, compassion and love for humanity among young Nigerians," he said.

The thanksgiving service, mirrored in around 40 churches nationwide, featured prayers for national renewal.

Rev Ini Ukpuho, Chaplain of the National Christian Centre, officiated and led special intercessions for the Tinubu family and the nation.

Clergy from multiple denominations welcomed the initiative, describing it as timely amid growing concerns over the decline of moral values in society.

In a message read on his behalf, Seyi Tinubu thanked the organisers, stressing that faith and moral education remain crucial for responsible citizenship and national development.

The first batch of Bibles, earmarked for distribution to churches, schools and youth ministries in the coming weeks, was presented during the service.
