NCDMB Fixes Glitches in Oil & Gas Readiness Programme Portal


The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has assured applicants of the smooth operation of its Oil and Gas Field Readiness Programme registration portal, following reports of minor technical glitches experienced by some users.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the Board said it was encouraged by the massive interest shown by Nigerians since the launch of the programme and urged those yet to register to do so through the official portal.

According to the management, the temporary system challenges reported by some applicants had been promptly resolved, ensuring a seamless registration process going forward.

"We also recognise feedback from some of the applicants who could not commence or complete their registration due to minor glitches on the portal

"We wish to confirm that the system glitches were quickly addressed," the statement read.

The Board advised applicants experiencing any further issues to contact its Joint Qualification System (JQS) Helpdesk through the provided email ;support@nogicjqs.com, or via phone on 08161430076 and 08105253164.

NCDMB reassured its commitment to addressing all complaints promptly, saying that the programme was part of its broader efforts to harness human capacity development opportunities arising from renewed oil and gas investments in Nigeria.

"We thank you all for your interest in the program as we seize all the HCD opportunities on the back of resurgence in oil and gas investments in our dear country, Nigeria," the statement added.
